The Sing Off

XF: Does the performance of the acts in the sing-off (JLS/RACHEL) prove that the judges are clueless...?

... they are so much better singing their OWN songs... If they had sung like that in the show, they would not have been in the sing-off, but thats the fault of the judges... and their silly themes... They (judges) have no idea most of them!..

1. Very much so. Rachel's song choice just now was incredible. Yes, they are often restricted by themes but there are ways to work around them (like when Diana did Blondie for Disco week).
2. I agree they always sing better in the sing off. But to be fair to the judges they have a theme to stick to so song choices can be limited. But near the end of the series it gets to own song choices me thinks. Agree with you though me love.

6. ah yes totally totally agree - that was rachels best performance since the auditions she done really well - i actually felt a bit bad lol JLS done really well as well - song choice was great xx
7. yes, that is absolutely correct, EVERY time there has been a sing off, the songs have always been better than the origional performance, every time rachel has done a sing off, her own songs have been excellent

9. Racheal was amazing in the final sing off for me. I also though JLS were incresible. Its was hard to choose they both did very well. -.- But, I agree with you completly.
10. I actually liked JSL's cover of the Take That song. JLS has talent and charisma, the complete package. I cannot understand why they were in the bottom two. Rachel's song didn't suit her voice at all.
11. i now the themes are so silly they should just sing their on last two years when leona sang her type of style she excelled they both sang well
12. They ARE better in the sing-off but the thing is, there is a theme each week. They pick their song which they think they are good at and keep them in so therefore, they will obviously be better.
13. no don't agree.... It's just that they put more into their performances when they think there's a real chance of going home.
