how long would it take the judge to sing off a divorce paper unsigned by one party?

1. i dont think they will, you may have to place an ad in the paper for a period of time, you need to ask a lawyer
2. Ask an attorney where YOU live. The laws regarding divorce are different in every state!
3. No judge would sign off on papers that were not signed by all parties involved.
