Good song choices for auditioning for an a capella singing group?

What are some good song choices for a 14 year old female soprano auditioning for an a capella singing group to sing (preferably a song that most people have heard of)?

1. Absolutely nothing from "Wicked". If you check Yahoo Answers you will find that's just about all anyone is singing! Also avoid any songs that have a lot of studio production or instrumentals behind it, because they probably won't sound very good if you sing it a cappella. That means no Lady GaGa, no Keshia, no Miley Cyrus, no Britney Spears. What kind of music does this group do? Folk, madrigal, barbershop, a bit of everything? Pick something similar to what you will be singing in the group to demonstrate that you can sing that type of music. Since you are singing a capella, tape yourself when you practice and play it back so that you can hear yourself clearly and check for any pitch problems. As for specific songs, it depends on the group's general repertoire.
