The Sing Off

Does anybody know of a "House Techno" song that fulfills the following criteria?

Two things; -The beginning would have a girl/guy singing a capella in that classic angelic voice that many techno songs have (Raise Your Weapon by Deadmau5) and then the beat would kick in eventually. -As for the overall beat, I'm not looking for dubstep, or something crazy or industrial. I'm looking for something you'd listen to while eating at a hip and modern restaurant in Miami, so...house music. Anyway, that first one is really important- any songs you guys know of that start off with a singer? I'm not really worried about the tempo of the songs yet, I just would like it to fulfill the first part of the criteria, and basically the second. Thank you :]
